Show Floor Rules
Help us ensure a safe and enjoyable time for all.
  1. We do not page for lost parties. Please arrange ahead of time to meet at a specific time or place if you are separated during the show.

  2. Do not touch the quilts or textile art on display.

  3. No food or drink is allowed in the exhibit hall.

  4. For their safety, children must be attended by an adult at all times.

  5. Due to safety and security concerns, rolling totes, shopping carts, and luggage will not be allowed on the show floor.

  6. Firearms, weapons, and explosive devices are absolutely prohibited in any area of the convention center under the direction of Fort Wayne Quilt Fest. This includes (but is not limited to) the show floor, exhibit hall, and schoolhouse rooms. Show management reserves the right to ask anyone with these items to remove them or leave the premises.

Photography Rules
Help us to protect the rights of artists and creators.
  1. If you are posting quilt photos to your personal social media, website, or blog, please include a title/artist credit and note that the photos were taken at the Fort Wayne Quilt Fest.

  2. Quilt photos are not to be used for any commercial purpose or posted on any website which permits images to be used/purchased on goods. If you post pictures on a photo-sharing website, you must disable any function that would allow ordering the images on any goods, and still include title/artist credit. You may not post photos of quilts (even details) to stock/free usage sites.

  3. Some quilt exhibits prohibit any photography. Please refer to signage by the exhibit or the floor plan posted on-site or in the show program.

  4. Do not photograph an exhibitor’s booth without their permission, since items may be proprietary.
