How to Enter
Registration opens June 1, 2025, and closes August 5, 2025, or when available space is filled, whichever occurs first.
There are four simple steps to entering the show.

Review the Categories and Rules.

Fill out the applicable form*, and pay your entry fee, if judged. There is no charge for other types of quilt entries.

Print the release form, sign and bring with your quilt(s). Only one form needed for multiple quilt entries.

Deliver your quilt to The Hangar at Kruse Plaza! Details will be sent to entrants.

Quilts for Sale at Fort Wayne Quilt Fest
As a benefit to Appleseed Quilters Guild members, quilts entered in Judged or Exhibit Only categories may be listed for sale. If you wish to sell your quilt, select YES when prompted on the entry form. You will then be asked to provide:

Your name

Your phone number and/or email address (optional)
Your contact information will remain private in the hands of the Quilt Fest Committee. A QR code on the quilt’s information card will direct interested buyers to a Google form. Interested buyers will provide their name and phone number. The Guild will share buyer contact details with you after the show.
Note: All sales are strictly between buyer and seller. No transactions will be handled by the Guild. This process is also outlined in the Quilt Drop-off Release Form.
